Privacy Policy

Pudge Judge ("we", "us") is an entertainment app operated by Apex Ventures Tech, Littleton, Colorado, USA. This policy explains what we collect and why. Short version: we keep almost nothing.

Selfies and your cartoon twin

If you choose to make a twin that looks like you, your selfie is sent to our servers once, processed by an AI image model to draw a cartoon, and then discarded. We do not store your selfie, and we do not create or keep a faceprint or any biometric template. The resulting cartoon is saved only on your device. You can delete it at any time in the app (Me → Delete my twin and all data). We ask for your explicit consent before any selfie is processed.

Meal and menu photos

Photos or text you submit for a ruling are analyzed by an AI model to produce the verdict and then discarded. We do not keep them. Your meal history (the "docket") is stored only on your device.

What we do keep

Service providers

We run on Amazon Web Services. AI processing happens through Amazon Bedrock, which does not use your inputs to train models. We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers in the app.

Age

Pudge Judge is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, California, Illinois, Texas, or the EU/UK), you may have rights to access, delete, or correct your information. Because we keep almost nothing, most requests are satisfied by deleting the app data on your device. For anything else, contact us below.
