Pudge Judge is a comedy app. The cartoon twin is an intentional exaggeration and does not predict or represent real changes to your body. Rulings, calorie estimates and tips are generated by AI, may be wrong, and are not medical, nutritional, allergy or dietary advice. Do not rely on them for health decisions. If you have health concerns or a history of disordered eating, consult a qualified professional.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Pudge Judge.

Your content

You may only submit photos you have the right to use, and only selfies of yourself. Do not upload photos of other people. You keep ownership of what you submit; you give us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.

Acceptable use

No abuse, scraping, reverse engineering, automated access, or attempts to bypass rate limits. We may suspend access that harms the service or other users.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex Ventures Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, if any.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or discontinue the service. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.
